D) Payment

The Boutique is reserved for subsidiaries of the TRÈVES Group (B2B). Orders are invoiced according to the terms agreed in the TRÈVES x SAMM Trading framework agreement.

Payment term: sixty (60) net days from the invoice date (unless otherwise stipulated in the contract).

No online payment is processed on the Boutique.

E) Scope of use

Access to and use of the Boutique are strictly reserved for duly authorised entities/subsidiaries of the TRÈVES Group. Placing an order requires the existence of an account and acceptance of the contractual conditions in force (framework agreement / applicable B2B T&Cs).

Personal data protection (GDPR)

• Data controller

TRÈVES (parent company) acts as data controller for processing carried out via the Boutique. SAMM Trading acts as processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, in accordance with the contract.

• Purposes & legal bases
• Management of B2B user accounts (legitimate interest / performance of the contract),
• Order processing and tracking (performance of the contract),
• Invoicing and debt recovery (legal obligation / performance of the contract),
• Audience measurement & B2B marketing performance (legitimate interest and/or consent via CMP),
• Security & logging (legitimate interest).

• Data processed (account/order)

Identity, role, TRÈVES entity, professional contact details, login credentials, delivery/billing addresses, VAT/EORI references, order history, browsing events necessary for service provision.

• Recipients / processors
• Hosting: OVHcloud SAS (EU).
• Analytics: Google Ireland Limited (GA4; possible transfers to Google LLC, USA via SCC).
• CRM/Marketing automation: HubSpot Ireland Limited (possible transfers to HubSpot, Inc., USA via SCC).
• Transactional emailing: Mailjet SAS (EU; possible transfers depending on routing via SCC).

The providers’ DPAs are accepted and enforceable; Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are in place where required.

• Transfers outside the EU

Where applicable, transfers are governed by SCC supplemented, if necessary, by additional measures (pseudonymisation, access restrictions, encryption).

• Retention

By default, 36 months after the last account/order interaction, unless different legal obligations apply (accounting, disputes).

• User rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.

• Cookies & trackers

The Boutique uses trackers necessary for its operation and, with consent via CMP, trackers for audience and performance measurement. Users may adjust their preferences at any time via the preference panel.

G) Intellectual property

All elements (texts, images, packshots, mock-ups, templates, logos) of the Boutique are protected by copyright and trademark law. Content created by SAMM Trading remains its property; TRÈVES holds a usage licence solely for promotional and operational purposes related to the Boutique, in accordance with the contract. Any external reuse requires written approval from SAMM Trading.
